«To me, as a professional pedagogue and concurrently a restaurant business practitioner, it was very interesting to speak to the students of RMA business school. My conversation with them allowed me to understand that in spite of the differences in the way the restaurant businesses are run in United States and Russia, in the area of marketing and strategic management there is a lot that we can discuss and learn».

«The firs time I have met with the RMA students was in 2010, when I was giving a lecture titled  “The Napa Valley Secrets". I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the students. I was asked many interesting and sophisticated questions that were aimed not only at the restaurant business, but at the wine making in particular».

«For the students of RMA’s restaurant program I have organized a gastronomical tour across the oldest market place in London – Borough Market. It was an unbelievable experience – we were sampling everything and anything around, and afterwards, on the basis of the ingredients we have acquired there, we have made a Russian salad called “Fusion Fur Coat”, the recopy for which I have proudly included in book about Russian cuisine called «Zakyski». The students of RMA are the guests I always welcome here in London!»
